airPark Technology LLC (dba as PayMiamiFines, "PayMiamiFines" and sometimes referred to herein as "we" or "us") is a privately held company, not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any city, county or state government agency.
To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used when you access www.paymiamifines.com or PayMiamiFines SMS Service (collectively the "Website") and/or use our online or mobile services (collectively the "Services"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and committed to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. This statement on privacy pertains to personally identifiable information, anonymous data collection, and aggregate reporting. If you do not agree to this Policy, you are not permitted to use our Platform. Visiting Website
If you visit the Website, we log your IP address and may drop cookies to identify your computer should you return in the future. We also use Google Analytics to help us track analytics, and PostHog session recording to see how people are interacting with the site (note that all payment information is obfuscated by PostHog).
Searching for Tickets
If you search the Website for tickets, we log the date/time and contents of your search query, the results of the search, any tickets you've selected to pay, and your interactions with the payment form (but not content until you've initiated payment submission).
Paying a Ticket
When paying a ticket, we require the below information to process the transaction.
- The specific tickets to pay and the balance due
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your billing address
- Your card payment details (including card #, expiration date, and CVV).
Payment card information is encrypted at the time of submission. We do not store your full card details beyond the duration of the transaction. Once a payment is completed or abandoned, sensitive payment information such as card number is deleted. In some cases, your card may be authorized before payment is capture. When this happens, a payment token (not your actual card details) is securely stored with our payment processor. This token allows the charge to be processed or voided without us having direct access to your card details such as number of CVV. In all cases, payment card numbers and CVV information are deleted immediately after the transaction or payment attempt.
We store evidence of payments attempts, including payment confirmation number, the violation description, fines paid, billing name and address, phone, email, and the last 4 digits of the card used to pay, and certain data to monitor fraud like IP address.
Disputing a Ticket
When disputing a ticket, we require the below information to dispute your ticket and process our transaction fee.
- The specific tickets to dipsute and the balance due
- Evidence you submit or we otherwise provide when disputing your ticket
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your billing address
- Your card payment details (including card #, expiration date, and CVV).
SMS (Texting) service
We offer an SMS messaging service for the purpose of alerting users of new tickets, upcoming penalties, payment receipts, and other related services. As part of the SMS service, we require:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email
- License plates you track for tickets
Data Not Covered by this Privacy Policy
Certain data collected in the course of providing our services may become part of the public record after a payment or dispute is made, and is therefore not subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- License plates associated with parking tickets
- Parking citations numbers paid or disputed
- Date and time of payment transactions or disputes
- Method of payment (excluding sensitive financial information)
- Payment confirmation numbers or other identifiers linked to completed transactions
Because this information may become publicly accessible through official municipal or government records upon payment or dispute of a ticket, PayMiamiFines does not treat such data as private or confidential. However, we do not sell or use this information for purposes beyond facilitating payment processing and providing our services.
How we use your information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To allow you to manage, pay parking tickets and get payment receipts.
- To alert you of parking violations and penalties.
- To respond or reach out to you in case of a customer service issue.
- To develop new Services or features on our Platform.
- To provide, maintain and improve our current Platform.
- To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages.
- To personalize and improve our Platform and Services and provide tailored advertisements, content or features.
- To communicate about products, services, offers, promotions and events offered by us and others.
- To monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Platform.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of PayMiamiFines, our customers or others.
Who we Share Your Information With
We never share your personal information, except:
(a) if required to do so by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or in good faith t comply with legal processes served on the site, or (b) to protect our rights and property, or (c) where our records indicate fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of, or (d) where your communication suggests possible harm to others, or (e) to improve the performance of our marketing & ad channels (we do not sell your data), or (f) to perform service for the Website or Service as needed by our employeees, agents or contractors.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or email address with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use your information with trusted third-party tools (such as ad platforms or analytics services) to help us market or improve our own services, but your data is never sold or used to target you on behalf of others.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for services, customer support legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Retention Periods:
- Payment Information: Payment card information is encrypted at the time of submission. We do not store your full card details beyond the duration of the transaction. - Parking Ticket Data: License plates, ticket numbers, payment records and confirimation numbers are retained indefinitely as public records via the municipalities who receive payment.
- Website Usage Data: Kept for 10 years.
- SMS Data: Retained until you opt out.

Third-party Software & Services
We may enlist the services of third-party individuals or companies as business partners or service providers to help us process information and support our operations. The Platform may also incorporate third-party software development kits and other collection interfaces, collectively known as APIs, and may contain links to other websites. Additionally, other websites may feature links to our Platform. This Policy solely pertains to the Platform and does not extend to other services or websites that are accessible from the Platform. These may have distinct privacy policies that differ from this Policy. For example, Stripe and Checkout.com are our payment processors, and they may need specific information from you to guarantee the safe and effective handling of your payment.
We use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics and and others to understand how users interact with our website, aid customer service, and prevent fraud. These services may collect and store certain non-personally identifiable information about your visits. You may opt-out of third-party tracking by adjusting your browser settings or using tools such as Google’s opt-out tool, or by us at contacting [email protected].”
We use PostHog to analyze user interactions for customer service and debugging purposes This helps us improve our platform and resolve technical issues more effectively. If you provide an email address while using our platform, PostHog may associate your session with that email to assist with support inquiries. However, no financial data or other personal information is collected or stored by PostHog. We use this data strictly for internal analysis and customer support. Security of Your Personal Information
We strictly protect the security of your personal information. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under the conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.
Your Right to Access or Delete Your Personal Information
At anytime, you may request to see all the data have stored about your account, or request to have all of your account information deleted. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected]. We will take measures to ensure that you are the owner of the data you are requesting.

Minors Under Age of 16
To use our Platform, you must be at least 16 years of age. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 and do not wish to do so. We give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving SMS messages and promotional announcements. Users can opt-out of recieving SMS messages by replying "stop."
